| First things first, since I get 66,412 messages about it a day, my name is pronounced TAL-YA and NOT TA-LIA. lol Hope that clears things up for ya'll. :) Also, I'm very sorry but I DO NOT have AOL IM, Yahoo Messanger or any other chat tools. Anyone you may have spoken to on chat claiming to be me is not, so DO NOT BE FOOLED! It's not me! I'm Talia Madison, and I'm a pro wrestler. (No, not mud, jello, etc) I love what I do. People ALWAYS ask the million dollar question: "How did you get into wrestling?" So here it goes: I was introduced to wrestling at a very young age. My dad is the person I have to thank for that. He would always call me from the next room when it was coming on and try to get me to watch it with him. It took a while, but it eventually started to immensly peak my interest. My favorite, growing up, was "Macho Man" Randy Savage. I loved the flashy clothes and the way he would talk on the mic. Plus, he had Miss Elizabeth in his corner. :) I watched it with my dad up until he stopped watching it and I started following it on my own. Growing up, I have ALWAYS been athletic, being involved in sports. When I was 7, I started playing softball run by "Town Plot Sports Association" in my hometown. I played all the way up until middle school where I was on the softball and cheerleading teams. I am in love with baseball and if I was a guy, I would try and pursue a career with the MLB. In High School, I was on the softball, cheerleading, cross country and track teams. I was also name "athlete of the month." After high school, I still wanted to stay athletic and active somehow which is how I got to be in the wrestling business. I was introduced to Original ECW's former wrestler, Jason Knight's "House of Pain Pro Wrestling Dojo" in my hometown where I began my training. Jason took me in and treated me as one of his own. I'm grateful for the way I was trained and brought up in the wrestling business. I was never babied at training and was treated like on of the guys, which is what I wanted anyway. Jason has helped me immensly, giving me advice and training. I'm thankful for him and everyone else who has helped me or given me advice a long the way. I later branched out with Afa The Wild Samoan and his family of wreslters, where i was given numerous opportunities to showcase my abilities. Aaaand, here I am! :) |
